9.0The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable (especially the beds). Looking out onto manicured lawns and Lake Karapiro made for a tranquil stay.

− Bach Care stuffed up. Gave us wrong code to get in gate. Wrong code to get into apartment. Had to telephone them to sort it. Also Owner opened gate for us and gave us new code. Couldnt. Work flash television. Bach care were going to send someone to sort it. No one came.
Very comfortable stay, with some fantastic views across the lake.
9.0Great location with amazing view across the lake. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Plenty of parking around the back of the property. Very nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. After a hard day of rowing this was really appreciated.
− There was a lack of furniture in the lounge area. Four adults staying but only 1 couch and a chair in the lounge area. There was plenty of space for more furniture which would have made sitting in the lounge area more comfortable. The kitchen was tiny, there was only a microwave and no oven or hob to cook on so it was really only suitable for preparing breakfast or lunches. The lock box for the gate was positioned so that you had to drive your car very close to the garden edging then lean far out the window or get out of your car every time you wanted to open the gates to drive up the drive. Small things really but if you want to charge a top rate these things matter.
