− I am writing this to warn other families, especially those traveling with young children, to stay away from Anchorage Inn. We booked a room through Booking.com for a stay with my family and our infant baby. Shortly after reserving, the hotel began harassing us with calls and messages demanding an advance payment 500 RS. to "guarantee" the reservation. According to Booking.com policy for this specific reservation, payment was supposed to be handled at the hotel during check-in. Despite the confirmed status of our booking, the hotel took it upon themselves to cancel our reservation because we followed the official platform rules. The worst part was their complete lack of empathy. We arrived at 7:00 PM only to be told our room was gone. The staff indifferently told us to "call customer care" or "find another hotel" in the night. Being left on the street at nearly midnight with a crying baby is a nightmare no traveler should face. This establishment is unreliable, does not honor its partnership with Booking.com, and has zero regard for guest safety or basic human decency. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. Exceptionally good hotel with great food. A must recommendation. Staff's behaviour are polite. I found this place very descent , peaceful .ventilation is good, behaviour of hotel staff is very good nice food and spacious room.

− Nothing. Everything found just perfect and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended to other guests for any type and kind of tours FOR STAYING.

Property is located in the heart of the city very closed to Axis mall Novotel Biswa bangla gate and is well connected with evry part of the city. Food is tasty and very good. Housekeeping Service Support Facilities Attitude Behaviour comfort are excellent.

− Everything just perfect. Property is surrounded with greenery. Calm and cool place. Food is excellent and cost is reasonable. Each kind of transportation is available to move here and there.

The property is located closed to 5-star category shopping mall AXIS MALL where you can enjoy movie and shopping as well. In house restaurant of the property can serve all most all kind of foods we usually like. Well-connected and all type of conveniences are readily available, and staffs are very supportive to get it any time round the clock.

− Everything found perfect and the housekeeping and standard of the rooms found matching with the price is being offered. Cleanliness and hygiene found outstanding and service just perfect.

Breakfast was excellent with both veg and nonveg items had been provided as per order. Location is very good. Well connected with whole part of Kolkata by nearby ,metro Cab and bus services.

− Nothing. Everything was perfect including housekeeping cleanliness calmness comfort level behavior attitude feed and other services locality etc.
