Clean, Comfortable, Good Location and value for money!
8.0Lovely apartment in a good location, about ten minutes walk into Southport. The owner had thought of everything, tea, coffee, towels, hairdryer, fan honestly everything for a comfortable stay.
Super convenient and quiet accomodation ideally situated for Southport and surrounding areas.

− The key to gain access didn’t work
The stay was ruined by the smell and very poor bedding. A shame.
1.0They thought of everything we might need, but please see below.
− The apartment stank of cigarette smoke. The floor was dirty / made my feet dirty. The bedding was of very poor quality. The pillows were old. The fitted sheet was synthetic. The duvet and cover were poor quality and old.

8.0on arrival car park was full but space came available later in day unrestricted parking on side street short walk to lord street flat was very quite bathroom was clean good shower fresh clean towels toilet rolls no toiletries bedding was fresh and clean comfortable bed kitchen appliances where good especially dishwasher living room view overlooking lake settee comfortable although recliner does not work on one side if arriving back after dark you will need a torch to open key box
− Major issue for us was smart TV connected to internet no BBC one BBC two ITV or channel four so could not watch football news soaps etc during our stay owner did call round but could not tune in TV kitchen wall cupboards to high could only reach bottom shelves dishwasher tablets where damp cutlery on three forks two knives no pizza cutter or kitchen scissors would have been useful I had to clean out hoover before roller brush long hair was wound tightly around brush and would not rotate tried to use hoover before cleaning trail of hair and was dropping dust pile on hallway carpet on the evening before our departure we put all our belongings in hallway including recycling and rubbish bag only to find next morning a rodent had bitten a hole in bag and strewn contents all over floor i messaged owner who said he would sort It urgently
