Great views with all the attractions nearby.
8.0The location is set in a quiet location, but only minutes drive from the centre of Launceston. This house is a top of a steep hill and the views are exceptional.
− As with all architect homes this one has its quirks, any sound travels through the rooms, the master bedroom toilet walls only go ¾ height and toileting can be heard from the bedroom and kitchen/lounge room below.

10.0Wow, Wow, Wow…. House was large, modern and beautifully presented. It was so much more than what we were expecting. The view was amazing. Location was only a short drive to some really great restaurants and Launceston CBD. We especially loved the fire place. On the cold nights it was an added bonus. If the house was closer to where we lived I’d consider buying it, it was that good. 10/10

• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.
• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.
