Comfortable room.

− Very old facilities. Also very annoying to be told that they don’t take credit card and then you need to go running around to get cash to pay. I am using booking.com for convenience. I don’t want to spend my holiday finding you cash and pay $20 to transfer money to your personal account so you avoid tax

The pictures truly did not do the place justice — it was even better in person, and I only wish I had stayed longer. Unfortunately, while relaxing by the pool, I lost my very valuable reading/sunglasses, and my leather sandals, which was quite unfortunate. There was also a small inconvenience in the room, which I already discussed with the host. She was very understanding and promised to address it, and honestly, it was no one’s fault. Overall, despite these experiences, I would still rate the place 10/10.

− On booking.com, while searching the prices are in Kshs but while paying it is in dollars, i found this abit weird as i was paying by cash hence i had to top up abit

Soggiorno andato oltre le aspettative

L'appartamento posto al primo piano è molto luminoso e bello, non manca assolutamente nulla, dalla lavatrice al ferro da stiro, alla TV. Per non parlare di tutto il resto che alla fine non ho nemmeno usato. La terrazza è grande e vivibile, affacciata su un giardino meraviglioso con bellissima piscina. La posizione del residence è ottimale, su una spiaggia lunghissima ed a breve distanza dal centro e da ristoranti dove si può andare anche a piedi. A parte tutto perfeto, il grande valore aggiunto è Cecile, host fantastica che si è occupata e preoccupata di rendere il soggiorno perfetto, rispondendo celermente ad ogni mia necessità, sempre disponibile. Sicuramente tornerò in questo appartamento dovessi tornare a Malindi! Super consigliato!

If you're looking for a place that ticks all your boxes in terms of facilities like the beach, pool and comfortable bed. This should be your go to. Cecile is an amazing host, very responsive and the lady who cleaned Sophie always left my room very clean. Loved it.
