6.0Great location and good communication with the host. The bed linen and towels were clean, fresh, and well maintained.
− The apartment has potential, but it would benefit from renovation and more regular investment. There was a noticeable stale smell inside, and the tap water was completely yellow for the first few minutes after turning it on. The refrigerator in the living room is quite noisy, which may disturb anyone sleeping there. The kitchen is not well equipped—we had to buy a small pot ourselves so we could prepare soup for our children. In addition, the kitchen could be cleaner. Overall, it felt as though the apartment has not been updated or properly maintained for quite some time. We also had to buy clothespins to dry our laundry without it falling into the neighbor’s courtyard. The street is very narrow, so parking is only available some distance away from the property.
Enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back again.

Gross hot smelled like skunk with no way to shower

− This was so crazy horrible. The shower was not even a shower and the water was 100% RUST. A crack house would be nicer. The a/c was broken and they said if I wanted it fixed I would have to meet the repair guy?!? I rented a boat for the day but please let me come back to my disgusting gross rental for a 4 hour window. They said it’s not up to them to wait for the repair guy?!?? The “clean” towels had yellow hard snot crap in them. The coffee machine water reservoir had slime in it. Sooo gross. Plus the floor would have more comfortable beds.
