1.0− تخيل أن يقوم الفندق بإلغاء حجزك قبل وصولك بنصف ساعة بحجة أنه لم يتمكن من سحب المبلغ من البطاقة الائتمانية ، بالرغم أنني أدخلت بيانات بطاقة أخرى عندما تم طلب ذلك ، وعلى الرغم أن البطاقة نفسها استخدمتها لحجز فندق بنفس وقت الإلغاء وعلى كل حال، لعله خير ، فالمنطقة التي يقع فيها السكن كلها حفريات

− Dirty, bed itchy, can't sleep whole night, another room have crocher, floor dirty, sofa also make us itchy, no astro
