A belvàros szélén van,gyalog a làtnivalók többsége könnyen elérhető de biciklivel rollerrel sík terület révén(a vàros ttelis tele bringautakkal)bàrmi negyed óràn belül elérhető.A legnagyobb élelmiszer lànciokból 3 percekre van.Akàrcsak az éttermek,vagy ha kellene, gyógyszertàr is van egy sarokra.
− 4+2 sàvos vàrosi"autópàlyàra"néz a lakàs erkélye,ablaka.Ami éjjel is forgalmas de nappal folyamatos a forgalom. Bezàrt erkéllyel,ablakkal meglepően jól leszigeteli a zajokat(erre vélhetően ügyeltek)de nyàron,plàne kànikulàban-amikor mi is voltunk-azonnal forrósàg lett a lakàsban.Légkondi hiànyàban a forrósàg vagy a folyamatos utcazaj között "vàlaszthattunk".De szeptembertől-màjusig,bizonyosan kielégítö a szàllàs.
