Located off the main road. Large and natural settings with a range of accommodation options. It appears it caters largely for destination weddings. We stayed one night which was pleasant among nature.

− Bed was too soft and linen wasn't particularly clean.

Overall, decent but can be made much better.

I liked the room size, the palace (which was the only thing maintained properly) and the support staff.

− The management needs to maintain the property. Property has too many things, but most of them are not maintained. Few doors were broken, Pool was not clean. Additionally, the kitchen needs a lot of good management. The property has 100s of rooms, however, it was unable to even manage 10 rooms during the weekend days. Additionally, they need to have a cook who can serve food for kids not just use the same buffet things and give.

Property is constructed on a very large Plot, Must have been Grand when it was constructed by owners. But looks like, due to disputes between Partners, No one is putting efforts to upkeep the property or invest it Annual Up Reburnishment of Infrastructure or rooms.

− Cleanliness was bad Restaurant only offers Buffet. Limited Staff.

Location is good. Food was fine too.

− The rooms are very old unhygienic and extremely costly compared to cost. The lock systems are damaged. Took 1 hour to checkin due to bad door locking system. Zero room service. Swimming pool was in a very unhygienic situation. Felt like not cleaned for months. Generator sound next to the room was way too loud and very disturbing. It was a pathetic experience.

Great property and amazing food, but needs minor management tweaks. Pros: Excellent Location & Property: The resort features great facilities, beautiful grounds, and well-maintained rooms. Outstanding Food: Sanaa restaurant serves superb pure vegetarian and Jain food. The taste and quality are exceptional—huge compliments to the kitchen team! Attentive Staff: The team was quick to respond to our queries and resolve issues. Cons: Poor Room Signage: Missing room numbers on the doors make it very difficult to navigate the property without a staff guide. Maintenance Issues: Our room’s AC unit leaked drainage water directly into the room, causing inconvenience. Coordination Gaps: We were initially checked into an uncleaned room. However, management quickly rectified this and moved us to an alternate room. No À La Carte: Sanaa restaurant only offered a buffet during our stay (potentially due to a temporary LPG shortage), which is limiting if you do not want a full buffet. Summary: Overall, we had a good stay. The property is beautiful, and the management handles issues promptly. With a little more attention to detail, this resort could easily provide a flawless experience.
