We had a beautiful stay, and as I said came to love place, after learning all of its quirks.

The View is amazing, and there are many patios on all sides of the home that you can go to to either escape the wind or be in it (to cool off) It felt very classically authentic Italy, and we grew to love it. Beds, even though pushed together to make a queen, were comfortable as were the pillows.

− There isn’t much attention to comfort or detail, seemed to be an after thought. This place could be 5 stars with minimal financial output. Not sure why they don’t. Sleeping without A/C on some of the hot nights with no wind was a challenge, and with all windows open, barking dogs all night can be rough. Not that there is any control over neighboring dogs. The water pressure went low a couple of times but EStay was on it fast and was totally helpful!

The view is unique and the garden with its terrasse is wonderful. the location to the beach is brillant, 12 minutes to walk down. We give a 10 to Estay, very friendly people and helpful, if there was a problem.

− All the furniture inside is very old, there are 3 sleeping rooms but only one bathroom, the beds are very uncomfortable and old as well. The kitchen is well equiped but the oven must be about 30 years old, not usable for cooking meals. There was a steam above, but was not working. There are a lot of things that didn‘t work.
