10.0The room was excellent: spacious, super comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, an AC that was essential for the hot and humid summer nights. The location is perfect: in the historic center, close to all cultural landmarks, but not in a crowded area, and just a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Most of all, the staff was amazing: my train was delayed for 4 hours due to a thunderstorm and I arrived at 1:30 in the morning. Francesco, the host, was incredibly kind, gave me all the instructions on how to access the building and the room, allowed me to do the actual check-in just the next day, and was available on the phone for anything I could need. Also, they have a restaurant next door that has AMAZING food and they give you a discount for staying with them!

10.0Francesco the owner was such a gentleman and happy to help us with any request. The location was amazing and the room super spacious with lovely ensuit bathroom. The restaurant was absolutely beautiful in the garden with ambient lighting. We couldn’t have been more happier than our decision to stay here. Thank you Francisco 💕
