4.0− We were not even given any hand wash in the bathroom, dispute asking for it several times. They had the kitchenette in the suite which was the main reason for us to book the room and we were not provided with any dish washing liquid. the most disappointing experience was not having any hand wash in the toilet even though we were to spend 3 nights in the room. The check in process was very frustrating as well.
So disappointed.
5.0-The location, not too far from MRT station 10 mins walk. (But we mostly use taxi) -a lot of good restaurants near by. -The mattress is so comfortable. -The pressure of shower is so strong which is good.
− -Smell trash/dumpster is so bad all the time of the stying (2 nights) -The cockroach is a host who welcomes us at front of our room’s doors and inside the room #101 (we not blur since i kill that cockroach by my hand !!!! -The space in bathroom is so tiny, doesn’t have enough a convenient storage space. -No light in the kitchen (or may be we cant find how to turn on) so dark, it’s not function able to use kitchen at all so disappointing. (Why we booked the room with kitchen but we cant even use it) Doesn’t have a convenient parking spot/space/lot for pick up and drop off from taxi.

9.0It’s as advertised. Kitchen, Shower, and bed are quite nice. If you see the other reviews about road noise, dripping water sound, cleaning isn’t every day, and laundry hidden without sign. That’s all true. It just doesn’t bother me as much.
