− Ovim putem želim izraziti nezadovoljstvo boravkom u smještaju Villa Illyria. Prilikom dolaska saznali smo da domaćini nisu bili svjesni naše rezervacije, te smo umjesto rezervisanog apartmana smješteni u drugi. U apartmanu nije bilo peškira, što je osnovna stvar koja se podrazumijeva u bilo kojem smještaju. Kada smo tražili peškire za dvije osobe, dobili smo samo jedan. Domaćini su bili konstantno prisutni u blizini smještaja, sto je ostavilo utisak kao da nas nadgledaju. Nepristupačni i neodgovorni.
