Absolute perfect stay for a family
10.0Beautiful, brand new villa, very well taken care of. Wonderful hosts who really did everything to make us feel at home.
− You need to be a bit lucky with the direct neighbor (there is another villa exactly like this right behind the house and if your neighbors have a very different schedule it can lead to slight disturbances in two of the bedrooms. But nothing dramatic.)

10.0This property is one of the best properties in Syros. We had two families for a total of 10 people, adults and teens, and needed plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. We rented both houses, both were brand new construction and extremely well stocked with everything you need, even a washer, which is rare for rentals in Greece. The houses are located a 5 min walk to the adorable town of Azolimnos which is an easy bus ride or taxi into Ermoupoli. We had no issues getting taxis as long as we called ahead. The people in Azolimnos are the kindest people and were so welcoming. The village has several great restaurants, tavernas and bars. There is a sandy beach that was much less crowded than others. There is a beautiful walking trail at the end of the road that leads you to incredible views. The host of the house was awesome and we even had cleaning service 2 out of the 5 days. We highly recommend the property and the location.

− No extractor fans in upstairs toilet The ground floor shutter bolt to the poolside balcony was right in the middle of the walking route and is a safety hazard . No sunbeds on the upper balcony and only 2 on the lower balcony and there were 5 of us
