7.0Ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraße Sehr bequemes Bett Klimaanlage vorhanden Waschmaschine im Appartement, auch wenn diese nicht genutzt wurde Gute Ausstattung
− * Die Klimaanlage ist insbesondere während der Nacht relativ laut und verursacht teilweise störende Geräusche. Eine Überprüfung bzw. ein Austausch wäre aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert. * Die Spiegelleuchte im Badezimmer stellt insbesondere für größere Personen eine Verletzungsgefahr dar, da man sich daran leicht den Kopf stoßen kann. * Die Fliesen in der Dusche werden im nassen Zustand sehr rutschig. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht ein erhöhtes Unfallrisiko. Eine rutschhemmende Lösung sollte angedacht werden. * Das Appartement ist leider hellhörig. * Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. * In der Beschreibung wird mit Parkplätzen geworben. Tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch um öffentliche, gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze. Eine klarere Formulierung in der Beschreibung würde hier Missverständnisse vermeiden.
