10.0My stay at Jubilee Mews was perfect from start to finish! The room was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is fantastic,peaceful and quiet with a lovely garden, yet super convenient for public transport into central London. Elaine was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made check-in completely seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again.

10.0I needed a place to stay in London at short notice and this was absolute perfection. The private room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and made check-in seamless. The garden setting right by the park is such a peaceful bonus after a busy day in the city. Excellent transport links as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—10/10!

Unfortunately, the property did not match the description, and we did not feel comfortable staying there.
1.0The location was convenient for transport, and the room itself appeared clean on arrival.
− The property was not as advertised. On arrival there was a dog loose in the corridor, which made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. The communal areas were untidy and the overall environment did not feel safe or welcoming. We decided not to stay because the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The host was not understanding of our concerns
