4.0Redelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer.
− De ene medewerker was heel vriendelijk, de ander helemaal niet. Er is maar 1 rolstoeltoegankelijke kamer die langdurig bezet is. Dit werd niet gecommuniceerd. De kamer die we kregen, was enigszins toegankelijk werd gezegd en hier was ook alles mee gezegd. Het pad naar de cottage was te smal, waardoor je aan weerszijden naast het pad belandt. Dat was nog niet zo erg, maar je moest een vreemde hoek maken en een hoge drempel over. Daar hebben we ons ook mee gered. In de cottage kon de rolstoel niet in de badkamer en moest mijn dochter een gammele stoel gebruiken om van de rolstoel naar het toilet te kunnen. Ze kon nauwelijks bij de enige wasbak. Een van de deuren van de douche hing scheen in het ophangsysteem, waardoor we niet konden douchen. De douchecabine zag er smerig uit. In de cottage liep een muis die volgens mij onder de deur door naar binnen kon komen. De medewerker wilde niet helpen en deed halfslachtig toen we na aandringen. De muis was onvindbaar, maar leek 's nachts achter het bed te zitten.

− The property needs a bit of maintenance starting with the steps to the property. They need attention I came in late. The luck of the lights in front of the steps is very dangerous and you can see the gaps between the steps right down to the floor below that’s a safe.Risk the rooms need a bit of TLC paint was peeling off everywhere. The plugs for the TV didn’t work when I got it to work no channels it has potential but he needs some TLC.
The area is quiet and peaceful!
