− Dirty smelly rooms, and unfriendly staff.

6.0Service was excellent. Any need was attended in quick time. Food was average and could have had more variety. Breakfast was very Repetitive. .
− Location. The mountains the charm of Mizoram were not visible at all.
I requested for a Airport pick up and followed it up twice before I landed. No vehicle arrived.

− Few facilities like calling bell and central AC don't function 24×7

8.0Great location. Friendly and quick staff but could do with a bit more training and finesse if you are to compete with other cities. I could also hear staff on their walkie-talkie throughout the stay, which was very loud for a hotel.

6.0It is centrally located. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful
− The rooms are not kept well. Their bathroom needs a full revamp. The rooms shown in the photo and what they gave us was very different
