We loved the location and stunning sea views.

− Considering the hotel location, there were no drawers to place clothes, a very small carpark with stones and weeds around it. Within the 5 day stay, the towels were changed once, the lift wasn't working and breakfast wasn't available.

− Reception area is gloomy; stairways and guest areas are dominated by heavily patterned and rather dated carpet giving a sombre rather than a bright, contemporary feel. The lift wasn't working, I'm a senior, and I was allocated a room on the third floor, The room was small but the bathroom was recentlt refurbished. The tap in the handbasin wasn't fixed and so impossible to fill the kettle. The bedside light didn't work, the windows were dirty and the gully behind the parapit had rubbish. The multipurpose rack was adequate yet small. and a problem to use for a bedside.

We loved Weymouth and would come back but never to this hotel.

The location on the esplanade was reasonably good. The room was clean with complimentary tea, coffee, water and toiletries.

− The lift did not work at all during our stay and we were in Room 307. Therefore 70 steps had to be negotiated every time we left the room. This was exhausting and had a major impact on our view of the hotel. Although the bathroom was spacious, there was no cupboard or shelving in there, aside from a small plastic set up by the sink. There was limited shelving and no sizeable work surface in the bedroom. There was also a hot pipe along the last staircase which needed a warning notice on it. The reception area was almost nonexistent and the girl on reception was perched in what amounted to a cupboard with only a flimsy curtain separating her from the adjoining restaurant. The smell from the restaurant pervaded all of the staircases and corridors.

Good value for money dropped bags off at reception at 11am went out for the day picked up bag at 21.30 went to room nothing was to to much effort looking forward to staying again same room I hope lovely view of the sea fresh air with windows open highly recommend

− Clean every I needed for a short stay

Great location, lovely staff, cool Alexa set up in the room!

− Could have been cleaner, no breakfast & strong food smell throughout. They are working on this though!!
