Good rooms, but check your receipt. Front desk uses arbitrary rates to overcharge guests.
5.0The deluxe single room provided a good, restful environment and met my expectations for space and comfort. Also the hotel amenities and the staff from that provided restaurant services were functional and up to standard for a comfortable stay.
− Predatory currency practices ruined the value. Bookings shouldn't be subjected to arbitrary exchange rates manually keyed into the terminal. Set the card machine to accept USD directly instead of going to Google. That is the bank's job!

10.0From booking to reception the staff are very professional, questions were answered rapidly and promptly. They put you at ease. Pick up from airport was very prompt. Very good communication from staff.
− Just the noise on one side as the place is still under construction. But that cannot be held.All other minor issues were dealt with with feedback.

A great new place with a lot of potential once the second phase is completed.
7.0It was new and could see that there was building work going on, but there was consideration for guest. We experienced power outages but within seconds the backup system started. All the staff were very helpful and we appreciated them.
− There was hot water but you have let it run for quite a while.
