Relaxing summer vacation
9.0The house is situated in a very calm village. There are a few restaurants in walking distance of the house. Our favorites were Patagonia Steak House and Il Porko Rosso. Very good food and excellent service. There is also a small supermarket called Unide not far from the house, which is very practical. The house itself was very well kept and clean. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and one in the basement, which also has a game room with tv, games and sports equipment. I did not meet the host, Angel, in person as our flight was delayed. But he guided me all along our trip, sending me messages with suggestions of places that we could visit, restaurants and beaches to go to. He immediately answered any questions I asked by Whatsapp. He was very attentive to our needs which was much appreciated. Thank you Angel !
− I believe it is best to have a car if you stay at this location, in order to go to Alicante and do other activities in the city. There are 2 buses not far from the house, but they come every hour or so and are usually late.

10.0A wonderful town house over four levels. The basement level hosts a beautiful bedroom with slidedoor for privacy, a living room space with fridge, TV, gym equipment and infrared sauna. The ground level has a large dining table, living room area with a double sofa bed, kitchen and pantry and a shower room. The house was equipped with all utensils for cooking and the essentials like salt, pepper, cleaning products etc and a washing machine. The third floor has two large bedrooms; one with a double bed and small balcony, and the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath. The upper level is the solarium which is such an amazing addition; sunbeds, chairs, drying area for clothes and wonderful views. There is an outdoor area on ground level with a large BBQ, hose, chairs and table. All bedding and towels are provided. There is AC throughout. The property was spotless and Angel, the host, met us at the property for check in at 2am! The area hosts many beaches, shops and bars and there are local busses. Guests have the use of the residents swimming pool which was large and very clean. There were lots of games for the kkds too.
− The only thing that may be beneficial is a set of 2 keys as we had to ensure to all be together to enter the property after days out.
