7.0Das Appartement liegt in der 1. Etage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Fenster vorbei, trotzdem war es in der Nacht erstaunlich ruhig und trotz der großen Hitze angenehm kühl. Das Appartement liegt zentral und die Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Altstadt, Schloss, Orangerie etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar.
− Knappe Parkplatzsituation und die Plätze sind nicht wohnungsgebunden, freie Wahl, wer zuerst kommt, hat den Platz, habe aber jeden Abend einen Parkplatz gefunden, einen Abend mit Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin.
