Sí perfecto y cómodo para estar. Sergio un excelente anfitrión. Nos recibió amablemente y nos dio un mapa de las atracciones más cercanas y cómo movilizarnos. Está al lado del terminal lo que la hace muy céntrica y el lugar muy cómodo y bonito con todo lo necesario

− Solo la tapa del baño estaba suelta y lo hacía incómodo al utilizarla, el resto todo bien.

The host was very responsive and kept in touch with us through WhatsApp before our arrival. He was waiting outside to greet us, which made finding the property and checking in very easy. One thing to keep in mind is that arrivals after 8:30 PM may be subject to an additional charge, so it is advisable to communicate your arrival time in advance. We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it extremely convenient for trains, metro connections, and airport transfer buses. It is an ideal base for exploring Rome and getting around the city with ease. The host was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with two rooms, reliable free Wi-Fi, and breakfast provisions included, which was a thoughtful touch. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores right below and around the apartment, making it easy to find meals at any time of the day. One small suggestion would be to replenish the breakfast supplies during longer stays, as they were not refreshed after the first few days. However, this was a minor point and did not significantly affect our experience. Overall, we had a very good stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place near Roma Termini.

− The only aspect we did not particularly like was that the city tax had to be paid in cash. This requirement was not clearly mentioned on the website before our arrival. Since the amount is not insignificant, we would have preferred the option to pay by card, as is common for most travel-related expenses. Clear communication about this requirement in advance would help guests plan accordingly.
