Pleasant clean cheap room for someone who doesn’t mind a rude host.
5.0The room was comfortable and clean.
− The host was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He refused to help with the luggage when we arrived. Later we found out it was for health reasons but he just curtly said no. He told us he would be able to get us a tuk tuk for our dinner, could not find one, and refused to give us a ride with a lame excuse. At breakfast, when we asked for coffee the wife said she had already made tea. She did finally make some very bad coffee when my husband said I didn’t drink tea. I’m puzzled by the positive reviews. Most of them are by Indians so perhaps they just don’t like foreigners. Very unlike all other experiences in India.
