9.0the location is good, very near to the piazza duomo and you can walk free without cars, so very quiet and also, it is my first experience that, floor in the bathroom is warm and it gives you additional comfort and you can easily walk barefoot in the room staff is very friendly and good, next time I will visit to his bar just for drink coffee
