Comodo, in posizione strategica, con qualche inconveniente
8.0Andrea, l'host, é gentilissimo e super disponibile, da molti buoni consigli ed è molto sollecito. La casa è in una bella zona meno turistica e molto tranquilla a pochi passi dalla biennale e dai giardini ma vicina a Piazza San Marco. La casa è bene organizzata, perfetta per 2 persone.
− Si avverte l'odore di umidità, cosa probabilmente comune a tutti gli appartamenti al piano terra di Venezia. Anche la fossa settica restituisce un certo odore: pare accada soprattutto in quei periodi in cui l'acqua è più alta.

9.0Great, helpful host, fantastic location (calm and quiet yet close to public transport, supermarket, Biennale, restaurants, sightseeing), very clean, with everything we needed included.
Location was excellent.
6.0We went out for breakfast , there were many nice places nearby. the other days we had breakfast in the apartment. The supermarket was within 1 min. walk.
− There was a bad odor coming from the suage. During our visit the tide was low, and we were located on the ground floor. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was not fixed during our stay.

10.0Mooie en rustige locatie. Bakker, restaurants en supermarkt dichtbij. Op wandelafstand van Dogenpaleis. Appartement was heel netjes en alles was aanwezig!
Un bon séjour sans histoire
10.0Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est refait à neuf, très propre , tres silencieux la nuit , idéalement placé pour visiter la Biennale entre Arsenale et Giardini. Notre hôte nous a bien tout expliqué,on n'a pas eu à le déranger pour résoudre un problème : il n'y en a pas eu. Le quartier Castello avec sa rue Garibaldi est très différent du reste de Venise , il est plus populaire ,cette rue est une merveille : on vit parmi les vénitiens , les vrais.
− Rien , l'appartement est situé en rez-de-chaussée ,il n'y a pas de vue mais on est immergé dans la vie de quartier , lieu calme tout en étant proche de la rue Giuseppe Garibaldi.
