Wonderful stay
10.0Wonderful and cosy apartment next to the ski slope. Very friendly and accommodating staff at reception, especially Saki, who made us feel at home.

A relaxing stay in Furano
9.0The reception staff, Saki, is friendly and helpful. She briefed us the details upon check in and sent us visit information quickly. The location is very convenient, it is close to the town center where you can shop and dine. Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Kitchen is well provisioned, ideal for making our own favorite dishes with fresh food from the market.
− Lack of working desk and coffee table. It's a bit inconvenient for working or charging the various type of digital gadgets.

10.0Great spacious apartment with a bath for soaking after a long days skiing. Fantastic warm boot room and charming proactive staff. Ski lift just across the road.
− Fresh Powder and apartment perfect. Furano Ski Resort management less so. Furano is run by Prince Hotels. Their priorities are not for keen skiers. Lift opening to avoid bottle-necks and maximising cable car capacity are not good. We spent more time queueing some days than skiing. Very frustrating.

10.0The staff and service were outstanding, and went above and beyond expectations. The location was perfect, diagonally across from the ski lift/gondola, and close to bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The on-site drying room made life easy for ski gear storage and drying.
Absolutely loved staying at this property and a huge thank you to the entire team.
10.0The location is perfect and the apartment is spacious and well set up. We have enjoyed the stay so much we extended for another week. The staff are professional and they go out of their way to make our stay the best. We highly recommend and we will be back.
