− The staff was really rude especially the receptionist, despite paying through our noses for a basic room they were unwilling to let people stay despite paying double How the receptionist handled the situation was very unprofessional.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bhopal.
10.0I recently stayed at Sapphire Blue Hotel in Bhopal for a day and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The ambiance of the hotel is pleasant and welcoming, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The food was also excellent, with great taste and quality.
