− L’appartamento non corrispondeva alla descrizione. Molto umido Mancava macchina caffè e asciugacapelli. Non parliamo poi di lavatrice e lavastoviglie Mancava tutto: Detersivo piatti Tovaglioli Pastiglie e sale lavastoviglie Gli elettrodomestici non si possono utilizzare perché non ci sono pe prese Carta igienica Carta casa Tovaglioli Tovaglia Shampoo e doccia schiuma Detersivo mani Detersivo lavatrice In alcuni punti mancavano pure le lampadine! Ho pagato un prezzo assurdo per tre giorni: quasi come un 5 stelle ma stavamo in una stalla! Quando ho fatto presente alla Signora tutte le Mancanze e di non portare nulla in mia assenza, lei si è lamentata con voi che avevo usato toni aggressivi: ho tutti i messaggi che provano solo le richieste e nessuna aggressività! Non credo di aver pagato un trattamento equo e vorrei sapere come avere un rimborso almeno parziale!

What villa?! A cramped apartment in the basement

After arrival we seriously contemplated on leaving the following day. This says all about the good things.

− The advertisment of the place is misleading. This is not a villa. It is a 3-storey house and the apartment is in its basement. It is dark, and somewhat damp (there is mold in the corners). It is stuffed with old-fashioned and largely unnecessary furniture, so what place is left is basically a set of narrow corridors. One of the beds is actually on top of a wardrobe, just below the ceiling. There is no wifi, and your mobile wifi works only in the living room, close to the windows. There is no grilling option, what you find in the garden is a wreck. You cannot sit on the terrace. There is no proper wall socket for a hairdryer. There is an electric stove, not an oven. Also keep it in mind, that if you arrive beyond 16:00-20:00, you are expected to pay 50 Euros extra. It is a pity, because with a little sense of style and a minimal knowledge about the needs of short-term visitors, this could be a much better place. In the current condition, however, it's just awful.
