9.0Loved the very welcoming staff and location. Very clean room, great a/c and nice view with window that opens when cool enough to turn off a/c. Requiring 4 keys to enter with 2 being skeleton keys was difficult, with a steep learning curve, it can be frustrating. We would stay again!

9.0The location is perfect, walking distance to roma termini, colloseum, grocery shops (pewex City), restaurants and all basic amenities. Pewex city grocery shop cheapest in the area(after long research 🤣) The care taker Bal is so pleasing and polite, as if he is willing to go an extra mile for guests comfort always. Really slept well on all the 3 nights, good air conditioner, bit compact but a good bathroom. I had actually booked a room with a shared bathroom, it was upgraded to a private bathroom free of charge. Thanks
− There was a small delay in check in. So, better to let them know the check in time in advance. And make sure room is ready.Bed room locks are bit tricky, it tested our Patience 🤣. The street seems a bit wierd, but never mind. We felt really safe🙏

− La palazzina in cui si trova la struttura è datata e un pò sporca. Il deodorante per ambienti è troppo forte.
