8.0Die Ausstattung war sehr gut , alles sehr liebevoll zurecht gemacht . Fußbodenheizung in der ganzen Wohnung . Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Ansprechpartner vor Ort . Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus . Ich würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Ulm gerne buchen .
− Die Bettmatraze war deutlich zu weich , das Warmwasser in der Dusche schwer einzustellen . Das Appartement war sehr schwer und nur mithilfe drs Besitzers zu finden . Der Weg im Hof müsste beleuchtet werden , das Kontaktlicht geht erst direkt vor der Eingangstor an .
