Brilliant holiday at a superb apartment with wonderful hosts.

Laura and Roberto provided everything you could wish for when renting a property. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was such that it was easy to get into the city centre.

− We should have booked a longer stay!

Everything required for a comfortable stay. Roberto is a fine host.

Roberto was very helpful. He communicated with us prior to our visit, organised the transport to/from the airport. He met us as we arrived to give a short tour of the apartment. Nothing went wrong but we felt he would be attentive if something had. The location is great if you are going to Stadio Olímpico, 1/2 hour walk. Public transport to Rome city is easy, with a tram stop 2 minutes away.

Very clean, comfortable. Great location. Roberto was exceptionally helpful and informative even offering to drive us to an arkward destination. He also organised transport to and from the airport. We loved the bright space and the outdoor areas with g222reat views.

As I said it exceeded our expectations, it met our needs at a very reasonable price.

We were provided with a celebratory bottle of wine upon our arrival, detailed explanations of the amenities in the apartment. Roberto, ( the owner) made arrangements for our transportation to and from the airport which made things so much easier for us. Additionally, he spent a great deal of time finding out how we might be able to travel to a particular destination outside of Rome that we were interested in seeing. We always felt that he was available to us to answer any questions that might arise. The apartment allow us easy access to the Metro. It also enabled us to experience the residential culture of Rome, the family restaurants, stores and shops while still providing access to central Rome.

− This apartment was lovely. The location was exactly what we were looking for as it was within walking distance to the metro. It enabled us to accesses Rome’s central area. There was nothing that we disliked.

Außerordentlich guter und hilfreicher Kontakt mit dem Besitzer/Vermieter des Apartments während des Aufenthalts. Das Apartment bietet reichlich Platz für mindestens beispielsweise 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, eine große Küche und einen schönen offenen Wohnraum. Klimaanlagen verteilt in mehreren Räumen. Der Ort selber ist ruhig und eher außerhalb des Kerns, jedoch ist man selbst zu Fuß in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Mit Bus/Metro/ U-Bahn kommt man sehr schnell um ganz Rom voran.
