10.0I came from Germany and this was my first time visiting Ulcinj, and I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed. The accommodation was more than excellent — everything was clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect, very close to the beach. It’s also peaceful and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I was especially surprised by the host — a very young girl, almost a child, yet she manages everything on her own, from renovating to maintaining the place. I was truly amazed and impressed by her dedication and effort. She is an excellent host, very kind and welcoming. The only small thing is that the bathroom could use some renovation, but honestly everything else is 10/10. Big greetings to Thalia — you’re doing an amazing job❤️

3.0The only real positive is the location: the apartment is right on the first line, with the sea and a long sandy beach just a short walk away.
− I honestly do not understand why this property has such a high rating. The apartment is located in an old building, and the apartment itself is in serious need of renovation. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, and the blinds on the windows do not open, so the room does not even get warmed by sunlight. It was as cold as a crypt, and we literally had to sleep in our clothes. There also seemed to be an issue with the pipes in the bathroom, as water was leaking from them and there were puddles on the floor in several places. The bathtub was in terrible condition - old, worn out, and sunken in the middle. The shower was barely working. The kitchen was especially disappointing, as it was missing basic essentials. There was no kettle, no pots, and no hot water in the kitchen. The only available cookware was a couple of small coffee pots and an old frying pan. While there were plates, cups, and cutlery, it was not really possible to prepare meals properly.
