10.0C'e tutto ciò che viene descritto, anche di più. Ed è tutto nuovo e funzionante. Chi si muove un po' sa che non è scontato.
− L'unica peccato potrebbe essere che si trovano al piano rialzato. Questo preclude un po' la privacy perché le persone fuori vedono dentro per forza di cose. Ma non si può avere tutto!

10.0We had a fantastic time at this apartment! It was very well-equipped and in a calm area.The location was incredibly convenient, just a short 15-minute metro ride to the Duomo, making it super easy to explore the city. We travelled with our dog and with so much greenery around, it was the ideal spot to walk our dog. Great restaurants in the neighborhood and everything you need. Highly recommend this apartment.

8.0Struttura nuova e pulita, completa di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato ben fornito, una farmacia e alcuni locali. Proprietario gentile e molto disponibile.
− La metro dista circa 900 metri dalla struttura, non poco per chi deve muoversi a piedi con le temperature estive. Avrei apprezzato un phon più performante.

9.0Very good and clean apartment on a ground floor for 2 persons with all you may need for a comfortable stay. Modern scandinavian style furniture with clean lines and neutral colors. Simple check-in process. Complimentary mineral water found in refrigerator upon arrival - this is a big plus. Comfortable bed with perfect hard mattress. Good location with lot of trees around and no noise from traffic. A little further from cite center, but metro is only 10 mins walk. Closest supermarket is 3 mins walk.
− The portable A/C unit is useless in hot summer. Too noisy, and does not cool down the place anyway. The owner should consider to get a regular wall-mounted air conditioner. A little small shower for bigger people.
