− The roof top bar was poorly managed and staffed. It also closed very early each evening. Sunbeds had to be reserved at the roof top pool but this seemed impossible.
We enjoyed our stay and the pool facilities but little else in the area to do. The check in and service lets the hotel d
6.0The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are comfortable with robes, slippers, safe, coffee machine, toiletries and water etc provided. The pool areas are lovely - particularly enjoyed the rooftop pools however you must pay to avail of this area. Breakfast was very good.
− The location was not ideal; the area is underdeveloped and industrial. We had requested an early check in however ended up not getting our room until 5pm - 2 hours after the normal check in time. Service is incredibly slow overall. Our room was sold by booking.com as a 2 bedroom suite - it was in fact 2 interconnecting rooms - booking.com needs to change the wording to reflect what customers are actually getting. I wouldn’t have paid for 2 separate rooms had I known; I thought I was booking a suite which was a real treat for us.
