9.0This is a small but cute house close to the beach. The furnishings are dated but the house is clean and functional. The private pool is a really nice feature, along with outside sitting areas. There are mini-split A/C units in each of the bedrooms and they stay nice and cool. The house is located inside a secure, gated community and is just takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend Los Asados JC "The Mexican Food" for Pupusas, just a five minute drive away. They are delicious.
− The two bedrooms are small and the full beds are really small for 2 people. There is no hot water, but it's not really needed with the heat, and it's kind of lukewarm and refreshing. The beach is a very rocky beach, so not good for walking.

A great last minute booking that was unexpectedly become one of the highlights of our trip. Location by the beach and sm
9.0Nice to have a small private pool with lots of outside sitting areas. Also, it is located inside a small resort and easy access to the beach.
− It needs a little upgrades but it was still very comfortable. Perhaps an additional fan in the 2nd room to improve air circulation. Both rooms have AC but the living room and dining room/kitchen only have fans.

− The location had no other facilities nearby. When I mapped out the location to the name it directed me to el zonte. So that is were I thought the location was. It did not mention that it was at coco surf.
