I would only recommend for big groups of friends who are looking for a Party Villa. Very Bad!
1.0The location is relatively central with easy access to the main attractions, airport and the town
− This villa seems to be a "party" villa and certainly not suited for families or groups looking for a luxury villa. We had a agreed a 1pm checkout however we had the hosts enter the villa 9:30am knocking on our bedroom doors asking us to leave by 10am. We were shocked they they simply entered the Villa which was exceptionally frightening with children sleeping with the bedrooms doors open. We were then threatend that they would call the Police and not allow us to leave Mykonos, even though we had written confirmation that our checkout was at 1pm. The villa also does not provide any level of proper security doors or a safe for valuables. We were told that the Villa is secure and not to worry about anything. The villa is pretty much open at all times and anybody can enter / exit. The main couch is super dirty so they just provide a throwover, whilsts bedroom sheets and pillows were very basic at best. The kitchen equipment are not well maintained. I would only recommend this Villa for parties and unrelated guests. Not recommended for people or groups looking for a Luxury Villa. Very dissatisfied!

10.0The service was great and fast as last min reservation. Great location and the house and the pool area are amazing. All clean and Dimitris answered all our requests.
