Outstanding accommodation, beautiful location - just what we needed
10.0We loved everything about this property, the location, the facilities, the attention to detail. Jean checked in with us throughout to give instructions for access and popped round to see us to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had a lovely walk around the grounds and the nature trail and my hubby enjoyed the fishing straight from the balcony. The lodge is indeed luxuriously kitted out and absolutely everything you could need was provided. We will definitely be returning for a few more weekends in the future.

A perfect lodge to stay in over Christmas!
10.0The lodge was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with a Christmas theme and a stunning tree formed the centrepiece in the lounge. Each room had its own festive duvet covers and we loved the addition of Paddington! Jean had put so much thought into the lodge and we loved that there was a delicious box of biscuits waiting for us in the kitchen, milk in the fridge and all the toiletries we needed were to hand. We had breakfast each morning gazing at the wildlife on the lake - a wonderful moment of peace and tranquility.
