10.0The property was clean and easy access within Esperance. We had a great time with our stay. Kids didn’t wanna leave yet. But definitely a place you can rebook again.

8.0House was comfortable for two couples and all facilities worked well. House in a nice location.
− Knowing that sometimes things are outside of control - have noted it would have been beneficial to be advised that cleaners were running late to finalise house set up for nearly two hours. Also noted a neighbourly dog was barking at different times during day and night.

10.0View and location
Run down and over priced, clean, comfortable and spacious
5.0Was spacious reasonably clean and a great location close to town
− Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the house feels quite run-down and needs some maintenance. During our stay, some screens and doors fell off their tracks. The heating and cooling weren't sufficient for a house of this size, and the outdoor area needs some love—the BBQ and outdoor furniture are ready to be replaced, and the outdoor sensor light stayed on all night, which was annoying. The garage set up was a let down, the table tennis table is not safe to use and it needs to be cleared out and used as a garage. Inside the TV’s are outdated and they don’t support streaming. the Kitchen could use a few more tea towels additionally for the price point we felt a clothes dryer should have been included. on a minor note the jigsaw puzzle provided was missing pieces it is probably to throw out. with a bit of TLC this could be a stellar property.
Overall, a lovely place to stay with great amenities and a beautiful setting.
10.0We had a great stay at this property. The house is very spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed, including linen, towels and a full range of kitchen appliances and utensils which made our stay very comfortable. The view is absolutely gorgeous and a real highlight of the property. Heating in the living room was sufficient enough for heating the whole house. The real estate team managing the property were excellent communicators throughout, which made the whole process smooth and easy. The outdoor tap at the front is a fantastic feature for rinsing off your feet after the beach, it very useful.
− There were a couple of minor areas that could be improved. The front sliding door is quite difficult to open and may need attention. The shed area with the ping pong table and couches is a great idea and has a lot of potential, though it would benefit from a thorough clean as it was a bit untidy on arrival, so we didn’t end up using it. A dryer would also be a helpful addition. While we had good weather and made use of the clothesline, having a dryer would make it much easier to complete washing and pack up efficiently before heading home. Not a big deal though.
Clean, comfortable, spacious, happy holiday space.
8.0The house is spacious and comfortable, and has everything you need for a trip down to Esperance, and is a good base to explore the area from. And it has a nespresso coffee machine, which is important if you take a decent cup of coffee in the morning seriously and don't feel like the drive into town to get some. The tin roof certainly lets you know it is raining. We had a great time, and would happily stay there again.
− A minor inconvenience, but in the interests of being thorough: The upstairs shower tends to dump a lot of water on the bathroom floor which needs to be mopped up every time you use it, which you can see from the floor damage that this is something they have tried to solve with silicon sealant for some time, but alas, the problem persists.
