− The staff were helpful and friendly through the app, though responses were sometimes delayed. Check-in had a small issue with the verification code, but it was resolved after a few attempts, even late at night. The WiFi was great, and it was convenient to have multiple power outlets near the bed three in that room. The facility had a glass mug, kettle and microwave, but it would be better if a bowl and utensils was provided to prepare instant noodles or any big container to support.

Nice rooms with bad comunication from the owner
7.0The room was nice and so was the location.
− The owner was not responding. I received an initial WhatsApp message saying they were available 24/7, but I only got responses after my stay was already over. The check-in process is very complicated and was not clearly explained before arrival. This makes you nervous because you don’t know whether you will actually be able to access your room when you arrive. I wasn’t the only one with this problem. I helped two other guests who arrived at night and couldn’t get into their rooms. It was a pretty stressful and scary situation.
