A dump offered as a room of standing.
1.0Nothing. It was discusting.
− severe misrepresentation and unhygienic conditions. The room and the building is dirty, has broken walls, and features excessive noise that makes it a dump and not the standing promised in the booking photos. Also, the room has no place to put our things (the space that we could have used was blocked by a bed and it even has a wardrobe that had a lock so they have their own things in the rented room. We messaged the host with photos proof of the state of the room immediately as we arrived on Day 1, and they refused to help. Actually the day before we left, that I had a bit more time to request for a solution the heat went off at night! I asked them to bring back the heat to our room but the host didn't. The host attempted to claim we were unhappy with the room size, saying that we rented a room with bathroom and not a flat, however that was not the complaint about. We were forced to stay out of the property from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day because it was uninhabitable. Also we had to pick up the key and let the key under a broken super dirty mat. In top of it, despite we advised that out flight was arriving early in the morning and that we needed to know te address of the building so that we can arrange accordingly we were told the address that 13h30 the day we were to enter the room.
