8.0La localización (la estación de Termini está cerca y se encuentra bien conectado con el metro y los autobuses), el aire acondicionado y la impresión general, muy cómodo. Además, el anfitrión nos dejó una cafetera, café disponible y unas galletas de cortesía que es un detalle que se agradece.
− La potencia de la ducha (podría ser más potente) y la ausencia de tostador (al menos, nosotros no lo encontramos). Por otro lado, aunque ajeno a la dirección del apartamento, puede mejorar el uso del ascensor (si no se cierra correctamente por parte de los residentes no funciona y se queda en la última planta donde estuvo).

10.0Excelente ubicación a 10 minutos de Termini y con línea de metro y autobuses a 1 minuto. Una cuarta planta bastante tranquila, con aire acondicionado y un MacDonalds abajo para pedirte unos cafés para llevar si no los quieres preparar. Apartamento bastante nuevo. La cama grande súper cómoda y sofá cama idem. Hemos estado de maravilla.

9.0Es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Klimaanlage war top. Sobald die Fenster zu waren, hat man nichts mehr von draußen hören können. Die Lage war sehr gut, zu Fuß konnte man alles sehen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt war auch sehr gut. Danke wir werden nochmal kommen ☺️

10.0とても清潔で整理されていました。ソファベッドも広いです。タオルをたくさん用意してくださり大変助かりました。4人家族で利用しましたが、家で過ごすようにリラックスできました。テルミニ駅から歩いて行けるので大きなスーツケースを持っていても移動ができました。
− 特にありませんが、洗濯機の使い方が不慣れだったので説明書などあるとより良くなるかもしれません。
