How not to treat a guest.
1.0Nothing. The lack of a valid PIN code made it impossible to access the apartment. The host was reluctant to take action to correct the situation by providing a new code. He was aware by WhatsApp messages of the problem and that I would have to spend the night in a hire car.

Muy mal trato
4.0Buena ubicación, cama cómoda, el sol del amanecer y entorno silencioso
− Termo de agua caliente muy limitado (15 litros) por lo que no daba apenas para dos personas. Falta una mesa para poder comer. Hay que mejorar la limpieza y el menaje de cocina muy escaso. Solo había dos sartenes diminutas y una mediana inutilizable, totalmente combada que no se calentaba. Pedimos a la propiedad que nos suministrarán una sartén para no tener que cortar toda la comida y usar dos sartenes, pero ni nos contestaron, lo que nos pareció una total falta de respeto. El plato de ducha es muy incomodo con una cortina sucia que todo el rato se pega al cuerpo. Llegamos a la Palma y nadie nos daba pautas, todo a cuenta gotas hasta que llegamos a la calle y aun así todo mediante fotos y malas explicaciones.
