− Could hv more floor level lighting on the walk path from entrance to apartment areas. Also cleanliness of chair outside room and bathroom was lacking.

Misleading (no AC as promised), very difficult refund until Booking intervened, and rude, unprofessional staff—avoid.
1.0Absolutely nothing
− Very disappointing experience. The hotel makes promises it simply doesn’t keep. We were specifically told there would be air conditioning, but when we arrived, there was none at all. Because of this, we chose not to stay—but getting a refund was extremely difficult and far from straightforward. It took involving Booking before anything started to move, which says a lot about their service. On top of that, the behavior of the staff and the owner was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, which made the whole situation even worse. Overall, poor communication, misleading information, and a lack of basic accountability. I would not recommend staying here.
