Close to the beach and with greenery around. Calm area with facilities nearby. Peter has thought of every detail and all facilities were in place before arrival. Cleanliness was top notch. He is also super kind and very service minded. Would definitely recommend as a top choice for families and friends.

Beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished flat

The flat was very clean, spacious and new and tastefully furnished. Cooking utensils are available in the kitchen and an induction cooking stove. The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood with safe gated car parking. The owner Peter is very friendly and very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay and would anytime stay there again. The beach is about 15 min walk away or 4 min with scooter or car.

We stayed for 5nights with family. The apt is equipped with everything. Kitchen; Mwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, washing machine, induction with basic utensils cutlery and dining pates,cups and glasses. Bedrooms; ac fan, cupboard. Bathrooms have geysers. Alternate day housekeeping. Car park avlbl. Location is very quite away from all the hustle bustle of North Goa. Clean residential surrounding. Clean white sand Majorda beach in a walking distance of 15 min. By scooty it's just 3-4 min. Close to the apt there is a Wine shop; Pereira wines, a grocery shop you get everything including vegetables. Aunty Rita's shop has all small size items for short stay use. There is a Breadman (all kinds of pav avlbl) comes at 6.30 am and 5.30 pm on a cycle with a horn he blows the horn u need to quickly come out of your flat and call him or else he's gone or you can buy bread from Miguel bakery, house bakery just 3 apts away. Also a fish man passes by if u like to cook n eat fish. We cooked our bfast n lunch in the apt and dinner options close by are like Martin's corner one of the bestest food, music was boring, Pentagon is also good, Kentucky on Colva beach has good band. Peter the owner was very helpful and a very pleasant person.
