9.0Wydajna klimatyzacja, duży taras z miejscem na popołudniowe posiłki , rano świeci tam słońce , po południu jest cień , drugi taras niżej z basenem rozporowym leżakami , drugi basen do pływania jest pod budynkiem . Blisko do centrum Frigiliany z deptakami , dochodzi się na piechotę, miasteczko cudne na spacery czy posiedzenie w barze czy restauracji, bardzo fotogeniczne i to nie tylko główne ulice . Przy apartamencie duży darmowy parking
− Ogólnie nie ma do czego się przyczepić, no może jedynie do tego że apartament jest przy ulicy która jest pod górę więc skutery i motory które przejeżdżają wydają donośny dźwięk
