9.0Наш рейс сильно задержали, на 9 часов и приехали очень поздно, нас встретили! Все прошло хорошо, хоть и мало времени из-за задержки самолета.

3.0Very accessable contact person who texted in English on whatsapp but he was not on site.
− The address on Booking.com was not accurate which caused confusion. Its not adjacent to the airport like the Info on Booking.com suggested but 2-3 km away. Check- in personnel could neither speak english nor process card payments and we waited for equipped staff who did not show up at the end. Breakfast ( which was included in price) was not available before 0900 hrs which was too late for us as we had to leave without being able to pay by card , but instead having to pay be Euros wach was not our plan. Update: The Contact-person contacted me after I submited my review and threatend me with litigation through booking.com accusing me of defamation. What a Service !!! the worst I had for a very long time.

5.0при раннем выезде завтрака не было.Бассеин был без воды.Номер-вечером жара ,к утру прохлада.Это в середине сентября.За трансфер-отдельная плата.Но трансфер в аэропорт-четко по времени и быстро.Поэтому при раннем вылете-рекомендую.

9.0Prima di tutto il proprietario è venuto personalmente a prenderci e riaccompagnarci in aeroporto; poi, del tutto a sorpresa, si è offerto di farci fare un tour della zona gratuitamente. Tutti sono stati molto cordiali e la struttura, immersa nel verde, è davvero bella.
