9.0Decent location, clean, and as described. Very responsive hosts, and easy to follow directions/information.
− Only things that I would like to see improved would be a firmer/thicker mattress, as it was very soft and thin, you could feel the bedframe through it, and a nonslip bathmat for the shower/bathroom for accessibility and safety.

8.0Lovely accommodation. Clean. Nice modern style. Peaceful location apart from teenagers messing about outside late on weekend evening .
− A lot further away from the town than expected. No information pack about taxi numbers ect & places of interest close by. No hairdryer.
We stayed at Fkat 3 for 8 nights whilst we house moved. Cleanliness was substandard- lots of hairs in bathroom. I had to

− Only one set of towels each for 8days. Bathroom - toilet didn’t flush properly- you had to flush 2/3times to clear. Odour in bathroom due to poor ventilation Kitchen sink had an unpleasant smell whenever you ran taps. No frying pan in kitchen Sofa very small and uncomfortable One the dining chairs had very wobbly legs- unable to tighten them but quite unstable No mop and bucket tokeep floors clean No hairdryer
