9.0The house is very comfortable and modern, very sunny and calm. The personnel is very responsive to our requests. We spent a very nice time with our family, I recommend.
− The kitchen could be equiped with bigger saucepans. The house can host up to 8 people but the kitchen is not equipped with big recipients to cook for this number of people. We were 5 and that was the limit.
Great property - facsist management company.
9.0The propery is very well appointed and maintained with lots of space. Very comfortable and enjoyable.
− The management company, Pass the Property, were rather annoying. I don't expect to be asked for photo ID to book accommodation. They only asked after I could no longer cancel and they said that I would lose the property without refund if I did not provide it. That's very intrusive. I had to use my passport which I would regard as a very confidential document and what is the point? They didn't meet me, so why do they need my picture? The instructions to collect the key were also inadequate. There were two key boxes, both the the right of doors. Without knowing that we went to the wrong one and spent a long time unable to get in.

Very Comfortable But NO WIFI???
7.0Easy access, Clean, comfortable, quiet enjoyment, everything you would ever need was supplied within the property. off road parking also a plus and located close to local shops and main roads.
− We paid £900 for 4 nights and there was No WIFI??? I do not remember it advertising no WIFI when I booked it so it may have changed after I booked it because I specifically look for this as we were travelling for business. Luck would have it my 4G worked. The TV only works off the internet as there is no cable to the aerial to again had to connect the TV to my phone which is not ideal. The system for messaging is poor. You get an e-mail with a message on it but its not at the top or obvious what the message is. Hence I missed the fact I had to sign paperwork, manually pay a deposit and send in ID. No messages on Booking.com app which would be much better! I mean I got there in the end but not a clear way of communicating with the Property Management company.
