Fabulous apartment but a few management tweaks needed to improve enjoyment

Fantastic 3 bed apartment with shared pool, good aircon, very clean, good location

− The management team I feel let this apartment down. We had a split booking, 8 night through booking.com and x1 night at start with the management team directly. We arrived at destination to find after multiple messaging in advance at 730pm that they had no booking of our first night, no effective communication on that evening on what was happening and ended up at 10pm booking into a.local hotel (2 adults, disabled pensioner and 2 young kids). On departure we suggested to team that a welcome pack or brief should be left for new arrivals, as there was no instruction on be exactly where the allocated car park space, that you needed bands to poolside to designate your appropriateness to be there. We had a very authoritative security guard shout at us on day 3 before we understood what the wristbands in hall table were for. The management team held the expected damage deposit on my credit card but also withdrew the same amount from my account before we even arrived and had to make requests to have the money returned, which later was returned but missing (and still is) ca £15. I should not be out of pocket for their mistake. Again though, the apartment was beautiful and clean.

Las piscinas.

− * Televisión averiada durante toda la estancia, sin solución pese a comunicarlo desde el primer día. * Campana extractora sin funcionar. * Falta de productos básicos: papel higiénico, servilletas, productos de limpieza, paños de cocina, etc. * Menaje insuficiente para la capacidad anunciada del apartamento. * Información deficiente sobre el acceso al garaje. * Problemas con las pulseras de acceso a la piscina, que provocaron situaciones incómodas con el personal de vigilancia. * Recogida de llaves en una oficina situada a unos 20 minutos en coche del alojamiento. * Atención al cliente prácticamente inexistente: las incidencias se comunicaban por WhatsApp y solo respondía un bot, sin que nadie solucionara los problemas. Lo más frustrante fue la falta de respuesta ante las incidencias comunicadas durante la estancia. Dejamos el apartamento impecable y aun así nos descontaron 5 € de la fianza sin una explicación clara. (dijeron que era automático de la app o algo así) No repetiríamos.

El apartamento está muy bien, situado en una zona muy buena y le he disfrutado un montón.

− No me gustó del apartamento me tocó ir a buscar las llaves al centro de Torrevieja ocasionándome una pérdida de media hora. Luego aún teniendo la plaza de garaje nada más la he disfrutado en los dos últimos días.

Het is een luxe appartement op de begane grond met een zeer groot balkon. Heerlijke bedden en 2 badkamers met een bad. Schitterend zwembad achter het appartement maar er zijn nog diverse andere zwembaden. Slechts 5 minuten van het strand met een mooie boulevard en dichtbij een leuk strandje met een chirinquita. Goede restaurants Nautilus en Punta Prima en Dinastía op loopafstand. Dichtbij het winkelcentrum Zenia. Een heerlijke plek om daar je vakantie te vieren!
